An award winning actress and screenwriter with over 30 years of professional experience in the industry. Studio Director of Rogues West and co-founder of Company of Rogues Actor’s Studio (est.1993).

Rogues West provides a positive environment that fosters the development of the individual actor within a supportive and creative ensemble. Our passion for the art of acting is articulated through our approach: “Evolving The Artist“. We aim to inspire, engage, and challenge the actor to work to their highest potential while accelerating their skills to meet professional industry standards in all mediums. For the last 30 years, Co-founders (Christiane Hirt and Joe-Norman Shaw) have dedicated their lives to the craft of acting as working professionals, while sharing their passion with thousands of students – many of whom have successfully entered the professional world.
