Rogues West has two independent studios available for rental!
Located in the heart of downtown! Two, clean, bright, studios available for arts rental.
We offer an inviting, intimate setting for casting sessions, self-tapings, yoga classes, group meetings or workshops. We are conveniently located at Davie & Burrard with lots of metered street parking and several scramble lots close by.
Other amenities include free open wireless and access to copier/scanner, camera & monitor.
There is small reception/waiting area. Please contact us to come down and view the space!

Scene Study Studio
Our Scene Study studio is an open, airy 20’ x 25’ (500 sq.ft.) linoleum covered ‘New York style’ acting studio with a separate 120 sq.ft. prop are equipped to create the foundation of any room, for any scene! Classroom seating for 12, two rows with riser (max seating approx. 40). Long term weekly rates available on request.
Short Term Booking Policies:
20% of full rental fee required upon booking. Non-refundable.
Remaining balance to be paid 72 hours prior to event start time.
No refund if cancellation is made less than 3 days before event.
Signed rental agreement/waiver required at least 72 hours in advance of event.
Insurance and Liability Waiver must be provided with each rental.
Studio time that has not been used is non-refundable.
There is $25 charge for lost keys.
Long Term Booking Policies:
Rental fees are due 7 business days’ prior to event start time.
Can be paid in 4-week (monthly) instalments.
Signed rental agreement and full payment required 7 business days’ in advance of event start time.
Insurance and Liability Waiver must be provided with each rental.
Cancellation Policy – Must give 4 weeks’ notice prior to commencement of term without penalty.
There is $25 charge for lost keys.
